Delaware State Fair Carousel Horse Print

I spent many of my summers at the Delaware State Fair. The midway was a great place to be as a kid and yes even as an adult! While I am a little to old to now ride the ponies, i have always loved the carousels. Each horse or ride has a special look or feature and my friends and I would ofter rush for the best ride on the carousels! That said here is one of the horses that especially caught my eye. "Summer Sunflower" was almost named "It's a Bugs Life" because if you look very closely you can see a small bug scampering across the green leaf on the bottom right. The Image was made in a field outside of Milton, Delaware.

Assawoman Wildlife Area, Marsh and Pines!

Assawoman Wildlife Area, located just before by Camp Barnes is one of the last of Delawares undiscovered treasures! Following many winding country roads you almost discover this park by accident, and once you do you will find this Beautiful State Park is photographers and families dream. This photograph was taken down a narrow little path that opend up into a much larger marsh. While it was originally a color print... i just fell in love with it as a Black and White image!
